Liam strained his connection to the Commonality...and found nothing. He was
relieved that even Zo'or could not find Da'an's link. It would not do to
dissapoint the Synod leader. He glanced over at Agent Sandoval, his human
father, and watched him nod at his global before closing it and looking up
at him. "Is something the matter Major?" Sandoval asked, keeping his tone
light.
"I was just thinking, maybe Da'an has entered a state of Samhaad. That would reduce his connection to the Commonality and make him difficult to find." Liam replied promptly.
"Only if he knew you or a Taelon were directly out seeking him."
Kincaid shrugged. "Da'an is sensitive to my presense in the Commonality and is adept at reading minute changes. Either that or someone working for the Resistance spotted us in town and warned him."
"How long can he maintain Samhaad?" Sandoval asked, his CVI bringing up images of the time the entire Taelon delegation to Earth entered the state to escape the killowat menace.
"A few weeks at most." Kincaid frowned. "It might be easier to track Augur or Marquette." Marquette, Sandoval thought. She used to be Lili to him. "Possibly. We have a small lead, but its a day old already."

Lili and Augur found Da'an's Samhaad state creepy.
"Hey, think we just press a button and he comes out of it like sleeping beauty?" Augur asked. Lili shook her head in disgust at Augur's attempted humor. "Just trying to lighten the mood a little."
